Our Mission

At the Alan Hilburg Equestrian Foundation, our mission is to promote equestrian sport and culture on the Prince Edward Island, supporting riders and community programs, and using equestrian activities as a platform to develop the values of trust, resilience, and teamwork.

To honor Alan Hilburg’s legacy by using equestrian sport as a platform for trust, resilience,  community, and to position PEI as a hub where riders not only develop technical skills but also learn values of leadership, discipline, and teamwork.
